Giving a helping hand
We are acutely aware of our corporate responsibilities towards our local and national communities and actively support a variety of charities throughout the year. During 2009 we have supported the following:
Local charities
The Children’s Trust - works with children suffering from multiple disabilities
and complex health needs.
National charities
The Prince's Trust - Premium Credit, a Patron of The Prince's Trust in 2006. Main drivers to get involved arose following the Insurance Leadership Group's formation, which provided an opportunity for Premium Credit to become associated with the Trust, provide networking opportunities and offer staff development opportunities by getting involved in some of the initiatives.
Comic Relief - committed to delivering real and long-lasting change to the poorest and most vulnerable both at home and overseas. The charity also focuses on promoting global citizenship, particularly amongst the young.
The Meningitis Trust - helps those who need support as a result of having contracted the illness and plays a leading educational role to assist in early detection.
