Q1. Who are Premium Credit & why are you collecting money from me?

A. Premium Credit is the No.1 Insurance Premium Finance Company in the UK and Ireland.  We provide businesses and individuals with finance to pay professional, sports and leisure and other commercial service fees, in regular instalments rather than in one lump sum.

Q2. What is the payment for?

A. Due to the range of products we provide finance for, please call us on 0844 736 9836 or email customer.services@pcl.co.uk with our credit agreement reference and we'll tell you what your payments are for.

Q3. Why have my payments gone up/down?

A. Your payment may have gone up or down because of an amendment to your agreement.  You should contact your provider to confirm what the increase/reduction is for.

Q4. Can I change my payment date?

A. To change your payment date you can call our Contact Centre on 0844 736 9836 or email us at customer.services@pcl.co.uk.
