Steve Wallis

Steve Wallis is Head of e-Business for Premium Credit.

Steve defines the strategic direction of our customer-facing systems and manages our relationship with software houses to optimise all our electronic interfaces.  He also ensures the efficiency of our transactional processes for clients by delivering integrated, bespoke solutions.  During his time with Premium Credit, Steve has been responsible for our innovative and award-winning extranets, Interactive and PLaSMA.  He has also developed our ground-breaking Premium, Invoice and Collection service and launched the highly successful Premium Credit Online.

Steve began his Premium Credit career as a Senior IT Delivery Manager and prior to this he was Senior Consultant at The Huon Corporation with responsibility for the design and delivery of enhancements to the core underwriting system.  During his time there, he worked on a number of customer sites and was seconded to the US head office to develop critical finance functionality for a major international client.  Previously, Steve had played a key role in the development and support of the motor fleet management system for RSA and had successfully carried out a major review of their technical contact centre.

He has over 15 years’ of experience and expertise within the field of IT and has spent an additional 8 years with Premium Credit.
