Sarah Moorey

Sarah Moorey is Quality and Productivity Manager for Premium Finance.

Her responsibility is to ensure that the company has in situ working processes, procedures and ways of working which deliver the optimum in quality and productivity levels.  Having been only recently appointed to this role, Sarah has already created a Quality and Productivity Team and launched the company’s first Lean Project to achieve corporate quality and productivity objectives.  She is ensuring that existing and new processes are mapped and redesigned, if appropriate, to deliver measurable benefits and improvements.  She is also implementing control and measurement systems to be used on an ongoing basis.

Sarah has enjoyed a successful career with Premium Credit.  She first joined us as Commercial Administration Manager, before moving onto roles as Operations Manager for our Personal Lines Division, and Head of Operations.  Prior to her time with us, she worked for insurance broker Aon/Bain Hogg.  Here she held the position of Associate Director, managing personal line affinity schemes.

Sarah has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
