Gillian Miles
Gillian Miles is Human Resources Manager for Premium Credit.
The HR areas of staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, talent management and payroll all fall within Gillian’s remit.
During her time with Premium Credit, Gillian and her team have successfully introduced an employee satisfaction survey together with in-depth employee focus groups. They have also developed a corporate strategy for social responsibility which encompasses charitable support, employee volunteering and environmental initiatives. Over the last few years, Premium Credit has undergone a dynamic business transformation and Gillian has played a pivotal role in managing the organisation’s restructure to support and facilitate the changes.
Gillian has over 13 years’ experience in HR management, mainly within the hospitality and travel sectors. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
